This photo right here, is the photo that is the "transformative" photo for me because it made me see things in a different light. It made me think how different photos become when exposed to certain levels of light. If this picture was darker would it have carried the same mood? I certainly think so.

5. Shape and form define objects in space. Shapes have two dimensions (height and width) and are usually defined by lines. Forms exist in three dimensions, with height , width, and depth.

Project two, I believe, is my best. Not only because this is the second to last project I did, but it was because this is the first major photo project I did entirely by myself. This project got many people to talk about things that they would have not normally talked about.
This project changed me because I was able to get people to talk or work together. A skill that I never had before and is a very important skill.
I saw different view points in a team and without a team because in the first project I worked in a team, in the second project I got people to work as a team, and in the third project I worked alone. I saw that working with other people and without other people give you different kinds of photos.

The theme of the website seems to be nature. The background is a tree. His photo collection is called MSJ Garden Pictures. Its quite colorful. My favorite picture is the one displaying six logs on both sides of a green road. It is the first picture that appears on their website. I like the design very much.

The types of pictures i will be taking will be about the interaction of people with each other in this school. What I want to show is that people don't have boring interactions and some may just surprise. Some people many just simply talk with each other while some many have a more hands on experience. The time of day i will be shooting in will be lunch as there are many people out and about the campus. Maybe a few after school. It seems like it might rain tomorrow so the lighting will be perfect for me as it is not too bright and not too dark.

Photo story

The entire of this week, the lunch area was empty. Due to the food being sold around the horseshoes 

people have left the lunch area. I've taken the chance to take this photo because there was no one there. other than that its just a plain photo of  an area.

MSJMCW Story

Spring break has just ended, but muti-culture week has begun. There are a selection of many foods, most of them over priced and not worth it. Each day represents a different culture. There seems to be a different way the food will be sold as people are required to buy a food ticket to exchange for food, a stupid process. Event seems to be going well. I myself don't go to such events but I am sure that people enjoy it. Its a nice change compared to day to day school lunches. Whatever we learn about culture is questionable. This just feels like a quick cash grab as most of the food are not home made but are just brought from somewhere else. They made this change due to some people getting sick from last years event when someone brought their homemade food. Overall i feel like Muti-culture week is a train wreak getting worse every year.

This photo shows many object due to containing many objects as it takes place in a junk yard. There are no reasons why I like this photo, its just the others are not any better. Variety is a vague subject that most photos many contain. Variety means to have more objects in a picture. The definition of variety is "the quality or state of being different or diverse" Which this photo shows much of. There is a collection of objects that fill the picture background to fulfill the definition of Variety.

This photo like all the other photos is taken with someone's back in the center of view. I have no idea whats going on in this picture but I like it. There isn't really a reason why I like this one over the others. I just do. Maybe its the fire.
The other reason is that the red stands out.
Another reason is that he shirt says "crow patrol."

1. What was The Photo League's credo?

The photo leagues credo held that the camera was more than a means of recording reality. It was a device with a potential to change the world.

2. What organization did The Photo League separate from?

The Photo League separated Workers International Relief. They were originally known as the Worker's Camera League.

It was a basic documentary photography workshop where Sid Grossman taught advanced technique classes.

Wee gee was the pseudonym for Arthur Felling. He was known for his black and white street photography and his quirky personality.

The immigrating refugees from Nazi Germany and surrounding territories supplied an influx of new talent and faces to the photo league. Photographers like Laudi Jacobi, Erica Cocfer and Lizet Model were a few of the new photographers.

Period 3 - Semester Final

1. Picture number seven stands out because of the color that contrast with the darkness that surrounds the balls of light. I tend to like more colors. Another reason is that its a photo about a light show. and the other being is that this photo is taken at night.

2. The best photo would be photo nine. The uses of time of day and the light is amazing. The two colors of dark blue and black really complements each other. The best part is that how simple the picture is.
